 des entorse des fois c'est plu douloureux mais ca prend un peut moin de temps a guérir en général. on va se souhaiter un bon rétablissement a nous 2 histoire d'avoir une saison de feu l'anné prochaine !!!!

 ouin je pense que ma forme est a oublier pour cette anné ... j'ai été opéré jeudi, je me suis casser la maléole et ca pris une vis et une plaque de métal, j'en ai pour 2 semaine coucher avec la jambe en l'air 10 heures par jour, 2 a 3 mois de platre et 3 a 4 mois de réhabilitation ... ca crain vraiment !!! je suis déja en train de virer fou a rien faire !!!

 j'ai dessendu le mont-st-hilaire en courrant et en fesant des jump partout, l'aterrissage d'un 360 a mal tourner !!! bref la morale je suis plus en forme et plus endurant qu'a 17 ans mais pas mal moin élastique !!!!

 c'est ce que le mécano de mon bike shop m'a dit, il n'y a aucun code sur la cassette mais il est sur que c'est une xt a cause qu'elle ce défait. si tu préfaire j'ai aussi un lock ring shimano mais il est plus lourd !!!!

j'ai un peut trop abuser du skate, snow, rollerblade et downhill étant plus jeune Frown
